The minimum rental period is 24 hours
In order to rent a vehicle at CR Rent you need a valid driving license, identity card or passport.
The minimum age is 21 years old, and it is required to have a driving license for over 1 year.
Additional drivers may be declared during booking or upon pick up. The additional driver service is available with an extra cost per day and includes the same insurance coverage as the main driver. Non authorized drivers are not covered by the insurance.
Through our online reservation system, you can make a request booking for a car for the next 2 hours. For last minute bookings you can contact us directly (by phone call, contact via WhatsApp) and pick up your car in the next 10 minutes (depending on availability).
If you wish to extend your rental, you must notify CR Rent with at least 24 hours in advance. This extension will always be subject to approval by CR Rent.
Yes, but in case of early return of the vehicle, CR Rent does not make any reimbursement.
For all returns we give 1 hour of tolerance. After this period you will be charged an additional day.
The fuel is not included in the rental price. The client must return the car with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery or will be charged the difference of the missing fuel.
All our cars should only be driven on paved roads. Damages that may be caused from off road driving (wheels, tires, underbody) are not covered by the insurance.
If you notice any breakdown / malfunction in your vehicle, you should contact us on +351 934 953 682, +351 291 105 594 or through the contacts indicated in your Rental Agreement.
When you submit your booking you will receive a confirmation email. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must send the respective proof (within 24 hours after your request) to the email info@cr-rent.com.

You can, partially or totally reduced, by contracting optional insurance.
You can check the amounts by running a booking simulation, as they vary depending on the type of car and the subscribed insurance . You can also consult the values in the additional services price list.
The included or contracted insurances do not cover situations of misuse or proven negligence, damage to wheels and tires, damage to windows, damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, damage to mechanical parts caused by misuse, refueling errors, loss or damage to the vehicle key, loss of the spare tire and its tools, loss or damage of boot cover, damage to the interior of the vehicle.
In case you have additional insurance coverage from your credit card, a third-party insurance company or your travel agency, you should be aware that we do not assume in any way your compensation. Any damage or accident should be paid according to the liability amounts per car group and then you can claim for a refund from your insurance. If you wish not to pay for accidents or damages, you must buy an addition insurance coverage directly from us.
